The Adler Stein Boarding facility is located on three acres in beautiful Bouquet Canyon in the city of Saugus,(Santa Clarita), CA. Santa Clarita is approximately 20 minutes north of the San Fernando Valley, 40 minutes from Los Angeles. Just minutes down the road from the Angeles National Forest, we are easy to get to, yet secluded enough to provide a true ranch-like and stress-free environment for the dogs.The property contains a half acre training and exercise area along with many trails in the area where the dogs are exercised for just $5.00 extra per day. We do not refuse dogs that display aggression as our local competitors do.We are not employing inexperienced people to handle the dogs nor do we require perfect behavior. With over 45 years experience handling and training many breeds, we are able to make any animal feel comfortable and safe during their stay here. We are comfortable with dogs and we know how to reassure frightened or aggressive dogs. We will be happy to accommodate you. Please scrool down to view the facility.
REQUIRED VACCINATIONS
All dogs must be current on their vaccinations, including Bordetella, (Kennel Cough), current within the year of boarding, and DHL Parvo and Rabies,(both are three
year vaccinations). Proof of rabies must be a copy of the Rabies certificatewith the vaccine lot number and Veterinarian's signature.

DOG BOARDING
This is one of three Climate controlled buildings on the property. This building contains seven heated and air conditioned runs. There are four 10 x 22 foot runs including the inside area which is 4 x 10. These runs are $45.00 per dog, per day and $85.00 for two dogs sharing the run.
There are also three 7 x 22 foot runs including a 4 x 7 inside area. These runs are $35.00 per dog, per day and $65.00 per day for two dogs sharing the run. The building is fully insulated and climate controlled.

This is another indoor/outdoor, climate controlled building. These runs are 10 x 20 with a 3x10 inside area. The building is heat and air conditioned. These runs are $45.00 per dog/per day. Two dogs sharing a run is $85.00 per day.
We also offer extra large, indoor/outdoor runs. The indoor/outdoor runs are 6 x 24 with a 6 x 12 indoor section and a partially covered 6 x 12 outdoor area. These runs are not heated or air conditioned but do provide more shelter than our outdoor runs.
These runs are $30.00 per dog/per day. If you have two dogs and they can share a run the price is $55.00

This is third climate controlled building. These climate controlled indoor/outdoor runs are 6 x 15 on the outside and 6 x 4 on the inside. These runs are $35.00 per dog/per day with a $5.00 discount for two dogs sharing the run. The rate for two dogs is $65.00 per day.

All pets are accepted for boarding in accordance with California Civil Code Section 1834.5 California Civil Code 1834.5:
Abandoned
Animals Notwithstanding any other provision of law, whenever any animal
is delivered to any veterinarian, dog kennel, cat kennel, pet grooming
parlor, animal hospital or any other animal care facility pursuant to
any written or oral agreement entered into after the effective date of
these section, and the owner of such animal does not pick up the animal
within 14 calendar days after the animal was due to be picked up, the
animal shall be deemed to be abandoned. The person into whose custody
the animal was placed for care shall first try for a period of not less
than 10 days to find a new owner for the animal, and if unable to place
the animal with a new owner, shall thereafter humanely destroy the
animal so abandoned.
